Dynamic EQ type thingy. You can find the frequency which is bothering you (use "Resonate" to accentuate it) and then a sidechain type modulator will duck an EQ band at that frequency.

Use this quite often to fade out drums, it's just a combination of high pass + low pass + verb

Sounds a bit like the classic phaser / flanger reese you hear in old drum & bass tracks. Resampling might give better results.
