Full Klee WIP

Full 16-stage implementation of Scott Stites' legendary Klee sequencer featuring the tripple gate-buss.

So this is a full 16-stage Klee implementation including the three-way gate buss. It's not the easiest/friendliest to work with as you'll see but it is working. As is it is really pushing my cpu, so next I'm gonna try and refine it to be more efficient. by teezdalien
