Polarity Blog: This is how you make the Bitwig Reverb better!

Fri, 03 Jan 2020 15:53:49 GMT

I've often read that some people don't really like the Bitwig Reverb and resort to external solutions or VST effects. But that doesn't have to be the case. The Bitwig Reverb is kept simple on purpose. In Bitwig's ecosystem this makes sense. Here the devices have to be combined in order to get their finishing touches. If you look at documentaries on artificial reverb devices, you will quickly come …

CDM: Bitwig Studio is about to deliver on a fully modular core in a DAW

Mon, 21 Jan 2019 16:21:08 GMT

Bitwig Studio may have started in the shadow of Ableton, but one of its initial promises was building a DAW that was modular from the ground up. Bitwig Studio 3 is poised to finally deliver on that promise, with “The Grid.” Having a truly modular system inside a DAW offers some tantalizing possibilities. CDM: Bitwig Studio 2.4: crazy powerful sampler, easier control

/r/bitwig: Bitwig beginner - connecting my keyboard

Fri, 03 Jul 2020 03:00:00 GMT

Hi! Total Bitwig noob here, trying to teach myself over the uni holidays. I just purchased a MIDI to USB cable to start inputting data to Bitwig through my old Yamaha (which I think is a CVP-94 or -92 if it's relevant). However I can't seem to make it work? /r/bitwig: Bitwig deleted ALL recordings in EVERY Project
